Chính sách này giải thích ulichat ("chúng tôi") thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn như thế nào khi bạn dùng ứng dụng ulichat trên web (ulichat.com), Android và iOS ("Dịch vụ").

1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Thông tin tài khoản: số điện thoại và/hoặc email, mật khẩu (chỉ lưu dạng băm một chiều, chúng tôi không thể đọc được), tên hiển thị.
Hồ sơ (tuỳ chọn): ảnh đại diện, ảnh bìa, giới thiệu, username, ngày sinh, giới tính.
Nội dung bạn tạo: tin nhắn, ảnh, video, tin nhắn thoại, file, bình chọn, bài đăng Nhật ký, bình luận, Khoảnh khắc và cảm xúc.
Vị trí: chỉ khi bạn chủ động gửi vị trí trong cuộc trò chuyện. Chúng tôi không theo dõi vị trí của bạn ở chế độ nền.
Danh bạ (chỉ khi bạn bật "Đồng bộ danh bạ"): tính năng này mặc định tắt. Khi bạn bật và cho phép quyền truy cập danh bạ, ứng dụng đọc số điện thoại và tên liên hệ trong danh bạ ngay trên máy (không đọc ảnh, email hay ghi chú). Tên liên hệ chỉ dùng để hiển thị trên máy bạn và không được gửi đi. Mỗi số được chuẩn hoá và chuyển thành mã băm SHA-256; chỉ các mã băm này được gửi lên máy chủ để tìm những người trong danh bạ đã dùng ulichat và cho phép tìm bằng số điện thoại. Mã băm của một số điện thoại vẫn được coi là dữ liệu cá nhân. Máy chủ chỉ dùng chúng để đối chiếu trong yêu cầu đó, trả kết quả về máy bạn và không lưu lại danh sách mã băm hay danh bạ của bạn. Bạn có thể tắt tính năng và thu hồi quyền danh bạ bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt.
Thiết bị & phiên đăng nhập: tên thiết bị/trình duyệt, địa chỉ IP, thời điểm đăng nhập — dùng cho tính năng "Thiết bị liên kết", cảnh báo đăng nhập mới và chống gian lận.
Mã thông báo đẩy: mã do Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging), Apple (APNs) hoặc trình duyệt cấp, để gửi thông báo tin nhắn và cuộc gọi.
Cuộc gọi: thời điểm, thời lượng và trạng thái cuộc gọi. Nội dung âm thanh/hình ảnh truyền trực tiếp giữa các thiết bị (WebRTC, được mã hoá) và không được ghi lại.

2. Mục đích sử dụng

Cung cấp Dịch vụ: gửi và đồng bộ tin nhắn, cuộc gọi, thông báo giữa các thiết bị của bạn.
Xác minh danh tính khi đăng ký, khôi phục mật khẩu và bảo vệ tài khoản (mã OTP, xác minh 2 bước, cảnh báo đăng nhập).
Thực thi Điều khoản sử dụng, xử lý báo cáo vi phạm, ngăn chặn spam, lừa đảo và lạm dụng.
Gợi ý kết bạn từ danh bạ khi bạn bật "Đồng bộ danh bạ" (xem mục 1).
Hiển thị tin tức chính thức uli24h trong Nhật ký và tin nhắn từ doanh nghiệp trong UliBox (xem mục 5).
Hỗ trợ khi bạn liên hệ với chúng tôi.

Chúng tôi không dùng nội dung tin nhắn của bạn để quảng cáo và không bán dữ liệu cá nhân.

3. Nơi lưu trữ

Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ của ulichat đặt tại Việt Nam. Kết nối tới máy chủ đi qua mạng của Cloudflare để tăng tốc và chống tấn công; toàn bộ đường truyền được mã hoá HTTPS/TLS.

4. Thời gian lưu giữ

Tin nhắn và file được lưu cho đến khi bạn thu hồi, xoá, hoặc hết hạn (nếu bật tin nhắn tự huỷ 24 giờ / 7 ngày / 90 ngày).
"Xoá phía tôi" và "Xoá hội thoại" chỉ ẩn nội dung với bạn; người khác trong cuộc trò chuyện vẫn giữ bản của họ.
Khoảnh khắc hiển thị 24 giờ; bản lưu trong "Kho khoảnh khắc" chỉ bạn xem được và bị xoá khi bạn xoá.
Mã OTP hết hạn sau 10 phút. Phiên đăng nhập hết hạn sau 60 ngày không sử dụng.
Khi bạn xoá tài khoản: hồ sơ, số điện thoại, email, danh sách bạn bè, bài đăng, khoảnh khắc và thông báo bị xoá vĩnh viễn ngay lập tức; tin nhắn bạn đã gửi trong cuộc trò chuyện của người khác được giữ lại nhưng hiển thị là "Tài khoản đã xoá".

5. Chia sẻ thông tin

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ thông tin trong các trường hợp:

Người bạn trò chuyện: nội dung bạn gửi, và hồ sơ của bạn theo cài đặt quyền riêng tư bạn chọn.
Doanh nghiệp bạn giao dịch (UliBox): cửa hàng, công ty dùng hệ sinh thái ULI (UliWork, UliPOS) có thể gửi tin nhắn tới số điện thoại bạn đã cung cấp cho họ (ví dụ hoá đơn, khuyến mãi, chăm sóc khách hàng). Tin chỉ tới được nếu cài đặt "Cho phép tìm bằng số điện thoại" và "Ai được nhắn tin cho bạn" của bạn cho phép. Doanh nghiệp chỉ thấy tên hiển thị và hồ sơ theo cài đặt quyền riêng tư của bạn, cùng nội dung trong cuộc trò chuyện với họ. Tin nhắn của họ nằm trong mục UliBox; bạn có thể chặn hoặc báo cáo doanh nghiệp như mọi tài khoản khác.
Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng: Google Firebase (gửi mã xác minh SMS và thông báo đẩy Android), Apple (thông báo đẩy iOS), Cloudflare (mạng phân phối). Các bên này chỉ nhận dữ liệu tối thiểu cần cho dịch vụ.
Theo yêu cầu pháp luật: khi có yêu cầu hợp lệ của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền theo pháp luật Việt Nam.

6. Kiểm duyệt nội dung

Để xử lý báo cáo vi phạm và thực thi Điều khoản sử dụng, quản trị viên của ulichat có thể xem nội dung liên quan (tin nhắn, bài đăng, bình luận, khoảnh khắc, hồ sơ). Mọi thao tác kiểm duyệt đều được ghi nhật ký nội bộ. Nội dung đã được mã hoá hoặc băm (mật khẩu, mã PIN) không thể bị xem.

7. Quyền của bạn

Xem và sửa thông tin hồ sơ trong Cài đặt.
Kiểm soát quyền riêng tư: ai xem trạng thái online, ảnh đại diện, giới thiệu, ngày sinh; ai được tìm bạn qua số điện thoại, nhắn tin, gọi điện, thêm bạn vào nhóm; bật/tắt xác nhận đã xem.
Xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào: trong ứng dụng (Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản) hoặc tại ulichat.com/delete-account.
Yêu cầu bản sao dữ liệu hoặc hỏi về dữ liệu của bạn: gửi email tới [email protected].

8. Trẻ em

Dịch vụ dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi; nếu phát hiện, tài khoản sẽ bị xoá.

9. Bảo mật

Mọi kết nối được mã hoá HTTPS/TLS; cuộc gọi dùng WebRTC với mã hoá DTLS-SRTP.
Mật khẩu và mã PIN xác minh 2 bước chỉ được lưu dạng băm (bcrypt).
Giới hạn số lần đăng nhập sai và số mã OTP để chống dò mật khẩu.
Cảnh báo khi có đăng nhập mới; bạn có thể đăng xuất mọi thiết bị khác.

Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu phát hiện lỗ hổng, vui lòng báo cho chúng tôi qua email bên dưới.

10. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ứng dụng trước khi áp dụng. Ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang luôn là phiên bản mới nhất.

This policy explains how ulichat ("we") collects, uses, stores and protects your information when you use ulichat on the web (ulichat.com), Android and iOS (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Account information: phone number and/or email, password (stored only as a one-way hash we cannot read), display name.
Profile (optional): profile photo, cover photo, bio, username, birthday, gender.
Content you create: messages, photos, videos, voice messages, files, polls, Timeline posts, comments, Moments and reactions.
Location: only when you choose to send your location in a chat. We never track your location in the background.
Contacts (only if you turn on "Sync contacts"): this feature is off by default. When you turn it on and grant contacts permission, the app reads the phone numbers and contact names in your address book on your device (not photos, emails or notes). Contact names are used only for display on your device and are never sent. Each number is normalized and converted to a SHA-256 hash; only these hashes are sent to our server to find people in your contacts who use ulichat and allow being found by phone number. A hash of a phone number is still personal data. The server uses the hashes only to match them during that request, returns the results to your device and does not store the list of hashes or your address book. You can turn the feature off and revoke contacts permission at any time in Settings.
Devices & sessions: device/browser name, IP address and login time — used for Linked devices, new-login alerts and fraud prevention.
Push tokens: tokens issued by Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging), Apple (APNs) or your browser, used to deliver message and call notifications.
Calls: time, duration and status. Audio/video streams travel directly between devices (WebRTC, encrypted) and are never recorded.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: deliver and sync messages, calls and notifications across your devices.
To verify your identity at sign-up and password recovery and to protect your account (OTP codes, two-step verification, login alerts).
To enforce our Terms of Use, handle reports and prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
To suggest friends from your contacts when you turn on "Sync contacts" (see section 1).
To show official uli24h news in your Timeline and messages from businesses in UliBox (see section 5).
To support you when you contact us.

We do not use your messages for advertising and we do not sell personal data.

3. Where it is stored

Data is stored on ulichat servers located in Vietnam. Traffic reaches our servers through Cloudflare's network for speed and attack protection; all connections are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.

4. Retention

Messages and files are kept until you unsend or delete them, or until they expire (if disappearing messages of 24 hours / 7 days / 90 days are on).
"Delete for me" and "Delete chat" only hide content for you; other participants keep their copy.
Moments are visible for 24 hours; your Moments archive is visible only to you and is removed when you delete it.
OTP codes expire after 10 minutes. Sessions expire after 60 days of inactivity.
When you delete your account, your profile, phone number, email, friends list, posts, Moments and notifications are permanently deleted immediately; messages you sent into other people's chats remain but are shown as "Deleted account".

5. Sharing

We only share information:

With the people you talk to: the content you send, and your profile according to your privacy settings.
With businesses you deal with (UliBox): shops and companies using the ULI ecosystem (UliWork, UliPOS) may send messages to the phone number you gave them (for example receipts, offers, customer care). Messages only reach you if your "Find me by phone number" and "Who can message me" settings allow it. A business sees only your display name and profile according to your privacy settings, plus the content of your chat with them. Their messages appear in UliBox; you can block or report a business like any other account.
With infrastructure providers: Google Firebase (SMS verification codes and Android push), Apple (iOS push), Cloudflare (network delivery). They receive only the minimum data needed.
When required by law: in response to valid requests from competent authorities under Vietnamese law.

6. Content moderation

To handle reports and enforce the Terms of Use, ulichat administrators may review relevant content (messages, posts, comments, Moments, profiles). All moderation actions are logged internally. Encrypted or hashed data (passwords, PINs) cannot be viewed.

7. Your rights

View and edit your profile in Settings.
Control your privacy: who sees your online status, photo, bio and birthday; who can find you by phone, message you, call you or add you to groups; turn read receipts on or off.
Delete your account at any time: in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or at ulichat.com/delete-account.
Request a copy of your data or ask about it: email [email protected].

8. Children

The Service is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; such accounts will be deleted.

9. Security

All connections use HTTPS/TLS; calls use WebRTC with DTLS-SRTP encryption.
Passwords and two-step PINs are stored only as bcrypt hashes.
Failed logins and OTP requests are rate-limited.
You are alerted to new logins and can log out all other devices.

No system is perfectly secure; if you find a vulnerability, please tell us at the address below.

10. Changes

We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect. The effective date at the top always reflects the latest version.
